  1. First tick

    Booked, on your say-so.

    The fare is in the chat before you book, and nothing is booked until you send CONFIRM. Then you get a DN reference to TRACK.

  2. Second tick

    Delivered, in their words.

    Your recipient gets a private receipt code in their own chat and confirms the handover there. With cash on delivery, the recipient and the courier each confirm the amount.

  • Checked before the first job. Every courier is verified: ID, driver’s licence and vehicle photos.
  • Zones, never addresses. Job offers show the pickup and drop-off zones, not where anyone lives or works.

For shops

Confirmed at both ends.

Book from the shop’s WhatsApp, or let your team book from theirs. When a courier collects cash for your goods, both ends confirm the amount.

  • Staff can book. Add your staff’s numbers and they book deliveries for the shop.
  • Cash on delivery, counted twice. The courier collects the price of the goods. The recipient and the courier each confirm the amount, and any difference goes to dispatch.
  • Your cash, kept apart. Collected cash is tracked separately from courier earnings, and counts as returned only once it’s verified.
  • Disputes with a reference. Send DISPUTE with the DN reference and dispatch reviews it.

  • First to accept gets it. Offers go to every approved courier who is online with the right vehicle. On bidding jobs, you offer within an approved range and the customer picks.
  • Earnings and cash, never mixed. What you’ve earned is shown separately from the shop cash you’re carrying.

Do I need to install an app?

No. There is no app. Everything happens in WhatsApp: send NEW to start a booking.

When do I see the fare?

Before you book. The fare is in the chat, and nothing is booked until you send CONFIRM.

On bidding jobs, couriers offer within an approved range and you pick the one you want.

Who sees my address?

Job offers show zones, never addresses. Couriers deciding whether to take a job see the zones, not where you live or work.

How does the person receiving it confirm?

You forward them a link we send you. When they open a chat with us, they get updates and a private receipt code, and they confirm the handover in their own chat.

Can the courier collect payment for my goods?

Yes, for shops. The recipient and the courier each confirm the amount paid, and any difference goes to dispatch. The courier returns the money by EcoCash or at our office, and it counts as returned only after we verify it.

How do I check on a delivery?

Send TRACK with your reference, for example TRACK DN-7K2Q9P, to see its status.

What if something goes wrong?

Send DISPUTE with the DN reference and the reason. Our dispatch team reviews it.

How do I stop your messages?

Send STOP at any time, and START to turn them back on.
